Customer Service defect

My poster was as advertised, but arrived in a damaged cardboard mailing package. The poster inside also had wrinkles and folds. An e-mail to [****] on the day of delivery contained photos of the damage and a request for a replacement.

That communication has gone unanswered for two weeks. That is a defect in customer service.
